Broadacres Country Estate Homeowners Association is a registered Section 21 company. When purchasing a property within Broadacres Country Estate, the owner becomes a member of the Homeowners Association. Each owner is obliged to pay the monthly levy and is subjects to the Memorandum of Incorporation and the conduct rules of the Homeowners Association.

Each member is encouraged to login to the Estate website where they can download documents, find recommended service providers and view the latest newsletter.
